Reshma Suri is the Training Manager at Experian India and is responsible for the content development and facilitation of training programs on the Experian products to the members (financial institutions) & has been actively involved in creating credit awareness by conducting credit education sessions to end consumers.
Reshma joined Experian in July 2010 having spent the past 6 years working in the credit industry for a large MNC.
Prior to working with Experian, Reshma spent six years working with JP Morgan Chase, having a breadth of experience in areas ranging from strategy planning, content development, facilitation, project migrations and client relationships.
Through her career Reshma has had the opportunity to migrate businesses from the ground up and re-energise business models through strategy, re-structure and re-build. She has had the overall responsibility of managing training for 7 different processes and held facilitation & migration roles at JP Morgan Chase in India, US and Philippines.
Shilpa has been with Experian India for 5 years and is part of Experian Credit Awareness Ambassadors Team. She has managed Consumer Support Operations and is now responsible for product management and social innovation projects with the Products team of Experian.
She has total 12 years’ experience in Operations and Product management.
